【小学生投手に指導した結果…】 今回は、PPAパーソナルコース体験会 を堺校で行いました。 今回は小学生左腕の指導を させていただきました。 まず体の硬さがかなり気になる。 股関節や胸郭を始め、 体がかなり硬いことで、 軸のブレや股関節を使った体重移動 がうまくできていない。 この辺り、家でやって欲しい内容や 動作ドリルの指導を行いました。 結果的に体がうまく使えるようになり、 球速も6キロアップ⤴️ これからストレッチやトレーニングも しっかり頑張って欲しいですね！ #ピッチング指導 #体の使い方 #マンツーマン指導 #球速アップ #PPAパーソナルコース体験会 #堺校 #申し込み受付中
