@centralounge kindly invited us down for the evening and provided an extraordinary dining experience that left us thoroughly impressed. We started off the evening with a mojito! The mojitos are a favourite of mine and were refreshing and expertly crafted. For food we ordered the mouthwatering chicken lollipops that were packed with flavor and had an incredible texture. The sticky lamb chops boasted a succulent tenderness that was absolutely delicious. The dry masala chops showcased an incredible blend of spices which we thoroughly enjoyed. The chili paneer had an incredible taste and just the right amount of spice which left us craving more. The naan, both plain and garlic, were the perfect companions to the dishes! We were recommended to try the ice pipe on our shish* which was a new experience for us and made it super smooth and cooling and added an element of excitement to our evening. The culinary brilliance was not the only highlight of the night. Central Lounge’s captivating atmosphere was further enriched by an amazing DJ who skillfully curated the perfect soundtrack for the evening. They also had the incredible bellydancer @desiree_belly_dancer who I know and have danced with before and have missed so much so this added an unexpected and heartfelt addition to the evening’s entertainment. The attentive and friendly staff enhanced our experience, ensuring our needs were met with a smile.
