🩷Grateful🩷 …for a community of likeminded individuals and big hearts! By far one of the funnest and exhausting couple weeks to date, but it’s left my heart so full. The smiles are as real as the bags underneath my eyes🤣💁🏼‍♀️ So much more to share with you all and I’ll be posting more behind the scenes in the next couple of weeks. But for now, I’ll leave you all with this…community is our strength, especially when we are in the right place at the right time. Every single person has overcome incredible challenges and obstacles and yet had the courage to say zero excuses, and the end results were truly inspiring. Most of the ladies and couples I worked with I’ve known for years and others just met, but all were a testament of dedication and strength. @kmakfitness I love how you envisioned a community, a need for health and the importance of education, dedication and implementing a healthy lifestyle in the South Asian community, but community in general. See a need. Fill a need. All of you are inspiring. Cant wait for next year! Crush the rest of the next couple weeks guys!
