#ad Lebanese Chicken Shish Tawook with rice & salad! 🌱🥗 Cooking With the Stars may be over – but that doesn’t mean we can’t cook up any more delicious M&S exclusive recipes from the show. Did you watch on Tuesday? I won’t say any spoilers in case you’ll be watching on catch up, but I genuinely was so excited when they announced the winner. They did so well this season! Ingredients: 8 skinless boneless chicken thighs 125g greek yogurt 2 lemons, juiced 6 cloves garlic, peeled & crushed 1 tbsp tomato paste ½ tsp smoked paprika ½ tsp ground cinnamon ¼ tsp ground ginger 2 tbsp honey 2 tbsp olive oil (for brushing) 15g coriander, chopped 15g mint, chopped 75g pomegranate seeds Marinate the Chicken Shish Tawook: slice the chicken into chunky squares and place in a large bowl. In a small bowl, whisk together the yogurt, lemon juice, garlic, tomato paste, smoked paprika, cinnamon, oregano, ginger, honey and some seasoning. Pour over the chicken and, with clean hands, massage it in well. Cover and chill overnight or for at least 30 minutes. Thread the marinated chicken onto metal skewers. If using wooden skewers soak them in water for 30 minutes before using. Brush with the olive oil and season with extra salt and pepper. Heat the oven grill to its highest setting. Line your grill pan rack with foil and arrange the skewers on top. Grill on medium heat for 3-4 minutes or until cooked through and lightly charred on the outside.
