Mám tu pro vás další den na talíři 🌮🤗 (🇬🇧 below) Tentokrát v rámci 2500kcal, kdy jednotlivá makra byla 140g B, 300g S a 80g T 🔖 Jako vždy se snažím, aby má jídla byla chutná, vyvážená, s dostatkem jednotlivých makroživin a to i přesto, že jsou většinou velmi rychlá a nenáročná 😁 takže žádné Master Chef kousky nečekejte hahah 😆 Doufám, že vám příspěvek poslouží jako inspirace na jídla, pokrmy, protože, alespoň za mě, jí prostě není nikdy dost 😇🍛 P.S. Obzvlášť pro ženy - nebojte se tuků! Nejen, že jídlu dodávají tu správnou chuť, ale jsou velmi potřebné a ve stravě důležité 🤗 Tuky nerovnají se tloustnutí ❌ . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . Especially for women - don’t be afraid of fat!
