Summer fun- Sliders 2-ways, deep fried pickles, fries, and cold beer. My friends @fossilfarms sent me a tasty vacation package called “Nosh with Nature” and part of that was two kinds of sliders which I used here: 1-Ground Wagyu Beef, and 2-Bison & Beef with Chipotle Chilis. The Wagyu I seasoned first with @spicelopedia Texas Brisket. Then grilled and kept with a steakhouse theme- topping with onions, garlic, mushrooms, blue cheese, and some @sauce Mayo. The Chipotle Sliders required no seasoning and I kept with the spicy theme. I grilled and topped them with bacon, lettuce, and @melindasfoods spicy ketchup and mustard. Honestly, I can’t choose which slider was better- both were so tasty in their own way!
