MINT CHOCOLATE CHIP AVO CREAM 🍨🥑 (recipe in bio) This summer has been all about ice creams for me, and more particularly all about my favourite flavour: mint chocolate chip (Yes, I know, it’s a very polarising flavour 😬). While I do think it’s important to treat yourself from time to time, the amount of ice cream we tend to consume in the summer isn’t great for your health. Especially your menstrual health. This ice cream is the perfect solution to satisfy all of your summer cravings and give some much-needed love to your hormones. It’s so creamy and delicious, yet dairy and refined sugar free, and made with minimal ingredients. It’s mainly made with all the good healthy fats you need for happy hormones: avocado and coconut cream. 👉🏻 (Side note: Healthy fats are essential for healthy hormones. Please do not fear them! They do not make you fat! Can we once and for all stop with this nonsense 🙏🏻🤗) 🥑 Avocado is truly my favourite food when it comes to women’s health. They’re nutrient nutrient dense and loaded in all the nutrients needed for healthy cycles such as Vitamin B6, E, C, K, Folate and Magnesium.
