Reflecting after a magical weekend in Colorado! I am forever grateful for the choice I made to have my surgery. This past weekend I clicked a mountain, and it was something I could do with ease, I can’t tell you how much I smiled… a few years ago I couldn’t have imagined to do something like that after dealing with joint pain and even walking around the park with my kids had me so winded and sore. I am grateful I chose to better my health, I get asked so often if I could go back in time even with the ups and downs.. would I still do the surgery? The answer will always be 100% yes. It has given me a second chance at life, to be active as a mother, as a woman. And holy sh!@ that view, it was so incredible. I think I found a new passion hiking i those mountains.
