A grande maioria são espumantes brancos mas de um certo tempo pra cá começaram a surgir variantes rosés. É o caso deste delicioso Lírica Crua, cuja comercialização se deu após 12 meses em contato com as lías. De coloração rosa pálido com perlage finíssimo e abundante. Mostra boa complexidade aromática: notas florais, salinas, de pêra, cereja vermelha, morango, romãs, amêndoas, limão siciliano, toranja e pão tostado. O paladar confirma a percepção aromática, mostrando vigor, força, equilíbrio, acidez vibrante e textura cremosa num jogo tenso e de grande persistência. Shows good aromatic complexity: floral, saline, pear, red cherry, strawberry, pomegranate, almond, lemon, grapefruit and toasted bread notes. The palate confirms the aromatic perception, showing vigour, strength, balance, vibrant acidity and creamy texture in a tense game with great persistence.
