And here's part two. Sanded it coarse and sanded it fine and even finer afterwards. I then designed the cut out recessed area, hammered the flange, shaped mesh material and sanded it up to P600. Only pictures (no video) of how they look on the bike. But if you stay tuned, you will see them finished somewhen later this year. 😉 Now it's in the hands of @schleif_polierservice_zwickau and his electroplating partner to make these pieces coppery nice and shiny!
