A few years ago I couldn’t imagine how being LESS busy would make me feel MORE successful. I prided myself on my work ethic and ability to power through a long day. Being booked out for months in advance, unable to accept new clients, 12-14 hours behind the chair 5+ days a week was the peak of beauty industry success… or at least that’s what they told me. But I was burned out. I had no social life outside of the salon. My physical health was rapidly declining and I was only in my mid twenties. Sometimes drastic change is the only way to achieve the results you want, and the personal growth journey that goes along with it is as bumpy and it is rewarding. Not everyday is perfect now, but my fulfilling days far out way the draining one’s ❤️ I’m currently accepting applications for a few 1:1 coaching spots.
