SWEDISH MEATBALLS 🇸🇪 Today I’m cooking a Swedish recipe in my favorite Swedish outfit @linnealund_official 🩵 These meatballs are as soft as the cachemire is 😎 RECIPE IN ENGLISH 🇬🇧 YOU CAN TRANSLATE AT THE BOTTOM OF THE POST. DON’T HESITATE TO ASK QUESTIONS 🙌🏼 Meatballs ingredients: - 500g ground beef - 500g ground pork - 1 onion, finely diced - 1 garlic cloves, minced - White pepper - 50g panko breadcrumbs - 1 egg - 60 ml whole milk Gravy ingredients: - 40g unsalted butter - 40g all-purpose flour - 500 ml beef broth - 45 ml soy sauce - 120 ml heavy whipping cream - 3 tsp dijon mustard Steps: 1. Mix together the ground pork and beef in a large bowl with your hands. 2. Add in onions, garlic cloves, ground white pepper, panko bread crumbs. Once fully combined, add the egg and the milk 3. Bake the meatballs in a preheated oven set to 220°C for 15-20 minutes 4. In a pan, melt the butter and make a roux mixing the flour until combined, and let cook, stirring occasionally for 1-2 minutes 5. Add hot beef broth, soy sauce, cream, mustard and let it thickened. 6. Serve with potato purée with the sauce inside a tiny volcano and cranberry jam 7.
