About two weeks ago I was battling some burn out and fatigue. We are 8 months into the year, we have been grinding and working hard, it’s easy to let that fatigue come in and linger.⁣⁣ ⁣⁣ I was going into the gym and focusing on myself and my workout, not taking my headphones out and pouring into others. And I was feeling tired… I asked myself what is one new thing I can start doing or go back to doing that will get my energy back?⁣⁣ ⁣⁣ It started with sleep, making sure 7 days out of the week I went to bed and woke up at the same time. ⁣⁣ ⁣⁣ Then I remembered how much energy I get from pouring into others and complimenting others especially in the gym.
