Learning how to skateboard! Getting myself into activities that train balance helps me further develop my skydiving skills. 🪂 🛹 I guess it’s hard to tell, but the type of jump I enjoy is called Freefly, and it’s all about balance. I need to find equilibrium in the winds to be able to fly around. 🌬️ 🤸 I also believe that when my body is in balance, it reflects in my life as well. ⚖️ But there’s more to learning skateboarding. Every time we learn a new activity, especially one that requires focus, attention, and full engagement of our entire body, we rejuvenate! 💪 By using all areas of our brain, as well as all muscles and cells in our body, we keep them active and highly functional. Growing up is a must, but growing old is unnecessary. Keeping ourselves young (and happy!) is a skill worth mastering! 🌟 If you were to start learning something new today, what would it be?
