It all started with a skillet connected to an outlet at a crossfit gym and leap of faith.I had to trust the universe, so glad I did and still do. ✌🏽 I quit my corporate job in May 2019 and that same day I got my LLC. Removed that safety net we call weekly/bi-weekly paycheck, health insurance, 401k, and all those "perks" that come with working for a corporation. I am a wife, a mother of 3 and an abuela of 2. I went fully 💯 committed to Lola's Tacos. Como dice mi pops, "Nada se hace a medias!". In life you have two choices, you can sit there cry and complain about it or you shut up, get up and do something about it. We are not trees and planted in one place, we have the ability to move around and do what makes us happy.
