📍Bellwether BBQ & Grill in Seattle, WA @bellwetherbbq is a new AYCE BBQ restaurant in Chinatown and they have unlimited meats & an unlimited buffet! You have the option to choose between their premium or choice AYCE meats, which both have multiple selection of meats. We got the premium and they were nice enough to let us try all the meats in the premium (I think you can only choose 3). My favorite meats were definitely the ribeye and wagyu. The lamb shank was also SUPER flavorful too. They had amazing and friendly service and I love the unlimited buffet. They had tater tots and those were 🔥 Definitely a solid AYCE bbq place and they currently have a promotion going until Thursday, 8/31, where you can receive two $25 coupons for spending every $100!
