#MENTALHEALTHAWARENESS I thought back from suicide and mental health and depression and anxiety and I wanted more than anything tonight to show the world that it can be done. anything is possible with the right mindset if you believe in yourself and you sacrifice and dedicate with the right help you can come back because when I sit here and say I was on the brink of suicide I mean suicide and I come back… these are the words of Tyson Fury @tysonfury I can relate to Most of what he said. After waking up out of a coma after being shot a number of times one of the bullets hit me in the throat I went through and severed my spinal-cord and left me with a life changing injury and doctors telling me I will never walk again. I now have a T3 complete spinal cord injury and a number of other complications. The point I’m trying to make is no matter what Life throws at you with the right help and right mindset you can come back. If I can come back from literally the Dead you can certainly come back from whatever it is you may be suffering from whether that be a serious injury or mental health issues or anything else. #mindset #mentalhealthmatters "It’s due in our darkest moments that we must focus to see the light.” The strongest people I’ve met have not been given an easy life.
