Robots stacking dimes 😎. Here’s our newest robot welding and grinding some Tacoma and 4Runner front bumper shells. What’s crazy is, this gives us the ability to automatically weld up an entire aluminum bumper shell in only 20 minutes (minus hand tacking). 🤯 Add another 10 minutes on our automatic grinding robot, and you get crazy efficiency. We’re so stoked to continue to utilize and perfect this technology in our production process, and we’re happy to say we’re still made right here in Arkansas. 🇺🇸 And if you’re wondering about robots taking over, no…this is not taking human jobs. Quite the opposite actually. More robots = more operators = more product for our customers. Easy math.
