We see reality as we are and not as it really is. If we take care of our bodies with exercise and nutritious foods, if we get out into nature and away from social media or media in general, if we surround ourselves with loving and wise people then our reality will reflect that. We will notice all of the social movements that flow below the public radar propelling our planet towards a healthier future and a higher vibration. We read about things like the TM experiment during the Beirut war and realize how easy peace is to achieve. We live in joy and dream of a beautiful future. There is a flip side to this. If we treat our bodies poorly with addictions and bad foods, afflict our minds with poor eating and sleeping routines, treat our words as weapons and are dishonest, if we spend our free time inside beneath lightbulbs and staring at screens rather than out in the sunshine with the breeze kissing our cheeks our reality will conform to this. We will see the helplessness or wars, we will be drawn to information about corporate mono-crops crushing small farmers, we will see the countless homeless people in our cities as a sign of the apocalypse. There are many realities happening simultaneously right now and we collectively get to decide the future.
