Dear One, as humans none of us will ever escape this physical 3D reality without wounds, trauma or suffering. And although some of us will suffer far more than others, we must remember that we have the power of speech and consciousness. For most of our lives, trauma controls our consciousness and the words that fly out of our mouths and that’s because emotions are rooted in the subconscious mind. Emotions trigger chemical responses, which inevitably control out behaviors. Until we awaken, trauma is running our lives like a holographic pattern and program. As we progress, we hopefully recognize the power we have to live above the veil despite our parents living below the veil.
