Yes Chef‼️ say it loud and clear… always! Yes Chef- is not just acknowledging the chef. It is a profound sign of respect, trust, teamwork and passion. Yes Chef, is what we all chefs automatically learnt to say, in the early days of our formal cooking, irrespective of the kitchen or chef we reported into. There was seldom a ‘NO’ said by any chef to any chef. However, times are changing now. New generation of chefs who come with their own set of expectations and thoughts have brought in quite a stir in the kitchen culture. But, you know what- The beauty of our kitchen is, it welcomes everyone with open arms. The ‘yes chef’ times are slowly changing- nowadays we get to hear a few NO’s, a few ‘may be’s’ and also a few ‘If’s and but’s’ too.
