🍅🧀🌿 Marinara with benefits ———————————————————- This started off life as a NY style marinara, featuring a tomato sauce base, thinly sliced garlic, EVOO and oregano. It quickly evolved into something even more special with a flourish of rocket, mini mozzarella balls, slow-roasted tomatoes, pecorino and a good old drizzle of balsamic vinegar. It was also the first NY style pizza out of the @gozney Dome and I think the results speak for themselves, It baked up just the way I like. It was also really easy to manoeuvre the @lloydpans quik disk into the oven and baking was a breeze. I’m mega impressed with everything I’ve thrown at the Dome so far.
