【小学生投手に指導した結果…】 今回は、PPAパーソナルコース体験会 を堺校で行いました。 今回は小学生左腕の指導を させていただきました。 体の柔軟性はまだ保たれているものの、 体幹やお尻周りの筋力、そしてバランス 面に不安がある選手でした。 これらの要素を踏まえ、 軸をブレを軽減させるために必要な トレーニングやドリルを指導させていただきました！ 最後は軸のブレも軽減して、 リリース位置がかなり安定しました✨ これからの活躍期待しています！ #ピッチング指導 #体の使い方 #マンツーマン指導 #球速アップ #PPAパーソナルコース体験会 #堺校 #申し込み受付中
