Why should we introduce Kalaripayattu in schools ? From the first minute itself, it grabs the attention of kids and is a fresh approach to their fitness. Kalari being the martial art of warriors, targets the mind mucvh before it targets the body, hence it creates positive products. Kalari being the Martial art from India itself , also leads to an awareness and pride in one's scientific approach as followed by our ancestors in their physical and mental health Needless to say Kalari is martial art + fitness activity + medicine for body + food for soul , all in one that leads to a correct over all development of a child.
