Baking surprise puff pastry Pinwheels for Beau I was following the recipe from #theprairiekitchencookbook by my friend Kayla aka @underatinroof and should have brushed the dough with salted butter before I sprinkling on the cranberries and chopped walnuts - now I had to sprinkle the butter too as I did with the Brie cheese afterwards 🤭 As it took quite some time filming the whole kerfuffle the dough became almost to soft and mushy to roll it.
