Cuando estaba niño y adolescente, en casa comiamos coditos con tuna por lo menos una vez a la semana. Unas veces se acompañaba de arroz blanco como si fuera la proteina y otras veces se le ponia pollo frito y se convertia en el acompañamiento, siempre con tajada madura y ketchup. Receta: Coditos Mayonesa Cebolla morada Apío Vegetales enlatados Tuna (atún enlatado) Sal al gusto Pimienta al gusto Nota: En Panamá le llamamos TUNA al Atún Enlatado. Si le dices a un panameño en un supermercado: buscame una tuna.
