If would’ve told us three years ago that we would still be on the road, let alone building out our second home on wheels in a SCHOOL BUS..we never would’ve believed you. this was never our plan. we thought van life was going to be a year long trip where we crossed a bunch of beautiful states and national parks off our bucket lists while we lived off our savings, before having to ultimately return to the corporate world and get another apartment. the thought of turning this into our full-time lifestyle for years to come seemed so out of reach for us. we thought we would run out of money (spoiler alert we did), we thought we wouldn’t make any friends and we’d be lonely, and we thought a year was plenty of time to see everything we wanted to. flash forward three years later and we still can’t get enough. we’ve managed to turn traveling into our full-time job, we’ve met friends that we will have for the rest of our lives, and there is still so much we want to see before we even think of settling down. im so proud of past us for making the choice to start a nomadic lifestyle because i really couldn’t imagine anything else for us now #vanlife #vanlifediaries #vanlifemovement #vanbuild #vanconversion #nomadlife #nomadstories #digitalnomad #skoolieconversion #schoolbusconversion #travelgram
