Sausage Ragout, pasta, roasted heads of garlic & shallots, and garlic bread. Have been itching to use this Wild Boar & Bacon Sausage from my friends @fossilfarms. They have so many unique and tasty meats! I sliced it up into meatball-sized chunks, and put into the hot skillet to sauté along with: onions, minced garlic, red & green bell peppers, and mushrooms. Next I added in diced tomatoes, tomato purée, red wine, and parsley, and covered to simmer. I got the @delallofoods Bucatini going, and grilled the heads of garlic & shallots- seasoning with @spicelopedia Italian Lemon Pepper. Topped off the finished Ragout with some shredded parmesan.
