Own who you are…. 🤍 Without apology!! I took 48hrs away from social media (I know it’s not long but it is when it’s your business…) and it actually was invaluable to me. I started to feel overwhelmed and anxious, for no huge significant reason, other than that I was creating narratives in my own head about situations that I had no concept or truth to. Glimpsing into other people’s lives and assuming they have their shit together… Letting my brain run crazy due to previous social media traumas… Seeing colleagues/fellow fitness influencers seem to “have it all figured out” and wondering where I am going to be in a years time…. Falling into that dangerous rabbit hole… 🐰 We all do it.! So taking even just 48hrs away, really allowed me to clear my head, focus on what is real and be present in MY LIFE not everyone else’s…. Who cares what someone else is doing…. Are YOU happy? Do YOU feel secure & content.!? Are YOU present and conscious of YOUR life choices? Definitely recommend a #digitaldetox every now & then.!!
