Pre-comp day warm up ⛓️ Tomorrow is one of the last small competitions I have left this season. As I mentioned earlier, I’ve already been away on a holiday so my shape is probably not the best at the moment. And also, the weather took a turn for the worse here once again with cold temperatures and heavy rain. Tomorrow will be fun right 🫠 At moments like these it might seem quite useless to compete because I’m not after a great result or some standard so why bother… But competitions like these could be very useful to build character. To learn how to mentally deal with this little lack of motivation. And of course there always something to work on with the technical bits.
