Mkhanfer Moroccan Pancakes 🥞 This is so fluffy , soft and so delicious . English Recipe down Below 👇 Wat heb je hiervoor nodig : - 3 kopjes fijne griesmeel - 2,5 kop bloem - 2 el suiker - snufje zout - 2 zakjes gist - halve kop zonnebloem olie - 6 kopjes lauw warm water - 2 zakjes bakpoeder Mix alle droge ingrediënten bij elkaar, vervolgens voeg je 6 kopjes lauw warm water meng dit met een garden als het een geheel is voeg je zonnebloem olie en mix het weer voeg erna 1 zakje bakpoeder aan toe . Mix dit geheel met een mixer . Laat dit een half uur staan , verwarm je pan smeer er wat olie in en doe er 1 pollepel van het beslag erin, Wanneer er luchtbubbels verschijnen, draai je de pannenkoek om. Bak het mooi goudbruin. Smeer de Marokkaanse pannenkoeken met wat honing. Enjoy ! ENGLISH RECIPE 👇 What do you need: - 3 cups of fine semolina - 2,5 cups of flour - 2 tbsp sugar - pinch of salt - 2 sachets of yeast - half a cup of sunflower oil - 6 cups of lukewarm water - 2 sachets of baking powder Mix all dry ingredients together, then add 6 cups of lukewarm water mix this with a garden if it is a whole add sunflower oil and mix it again then add 1 sachet of baking powder. Mix all this with a mixer. Let this stand for half an hour, heat your pan, grease it with some oil and add 1 ladle of the batter. When air bubbles appear, turn the pancake. Bake it nicely golden brown. Spread the Moroccan pancakes with some honey.
