#medalmonday coming to you from the @ironmantri 70.3 world championships at #lahti 🇫🇮, where @radstrongcoaching was ranked top 10 across all Asian Tri clubs. Three of my athletes participated and rocked their races in interesting conditions: Rituja udpikar had a super strong race to finish in 6:28:58. Omkar Chaphekar had issues on the bike due to mechanical& cold but hammered the run for a strong 6:25:58! Dashrath Jadhav⁩ 6:50:53 was consistent as always in all three for a strong finish. We had altered out training to suit this course especially considering the bike climbs and rolling run course and am so happy with the execution of all three. Now 2 weeks off and then we set some bigger goals for 2024!
