Festivities are around the corner and you cant miss trying the Ultimate Pyaaz ki kachori with your siblings and family, this Rakshabandhan. I have used all the products from Modicare. Pyaaz ki kachori ko Hari chutney aur Imli chutney ke sath serve karo aur family ke sath Enjoy kro. To know more about Modicare, you can visit: www.modicare.com Recipe: 1. firstly, prepare the dough by taking 2 cup maida, 1 tbsp rava and ½ tsp salt. mix well. 2. further, add 2 tbsp oil, crumble and mix well making sure the dough holds shape. in addition, add water little by little and knead. 4. knead well till you form a smooth and soft dough. 5. furthermore, grease 1 tsp oil. cover with a moist cloth and keep aside for 20 minutes. 6. prepare the stuffing by heating 3 tsp oil and saute ½ tsp cumin, ½ tsp coriander seeds, ½ tsp fennel and pinch hing. saute till it turns aromatic. 7. now add 1 chilli, ½ tsp ginger paste and saute for 30 seconds. 8. furthermore, add 2 onion and saute until it changes colour slightly. 9. keeping the flame on low, add ¼ tsp Modicare Soul Flavours Haldi powder, ¼ tsp Modicare soul flavours lal mirch powder , 1/2 tsp Modicare dhaniya powder, ½ tsp garam masala, ¼ tsp aamchur, and ½ tsp salt. 10. additionally add ¼ cup besan and roast well. 11. add 2 tbsp coriander and mix well. 12. firstly, pinch a small lemon sized ball and flatten it. Now scoop 1 tbsp of prepared pyaz stuffing and place in the centre. Get the edges together and form a bundle. 15. close the top by pressing and flattening. 17. Heat Modicare Soul flavours Active Rice Bran oil. when the oil is medium hot, add prepared kachori. 18. Fry the kachori till it turns golden brown all over. 19. finally, serve pyaz kachori with green chutney & Tamarind Chutney.
