At first glance this may seem like a strange mix of photos. Smashed finger Snapped Ankle Shoulder Surgery Brain Surgery …and a messenger block from IG. What do these things have in common? They’re all challenges that forced me to decide: 🤔How much am I going to allow this problem to set me back? No doubt, all of these incidents slowed progress, frustrated me, gave me doubts, etc. Whether it’s personal fitness goals or my goals in business (Fit Responder), there’s pretty much always a challenge. Sometimes those challenges are pretty impactful. They’ve all put me to a test and required me to prove to myself (and maybe anyone else who’s paying attention), how tough am I? They’ve all done something positive. They forced me to be tough and exercise my skill of resilience. They forced me to think outside the box and pivot. They’ve all led to more benefits in the long run. I truly feel life / God (whatever your beliefs are doesn’t matter), has been setting me up through incremental challenges to weather a major storm. It’s still coming. Calling it right now. I’m going to experience some thing(s) that will attempt to break me and sink my ship, so to speak. Even if I am temporarily moved off course, I will f**king WIN. Because that who I am. I am a winner and that’s what winners do. Find a way in, not a way out.
