GRWM to work out on my @tonal I love my Tonal so much because it has a super minimal footprint, fits in my nyc apartment and will rival any boutique fitness class in the city. Let’s commute the roughly 50 feet to my workout. Seriously I think about how much time I used to spend getting to and from workouts vs. now...seriously what was I doing? Right now I’m doing the 4 week fast track lower body series. So when I step up to my Tonal, it knows exactly where I am in my workouts and how to level me up. @tonal is truly an amazing at home workout. It’s the smartest at home gym and is like having a personal trainer in your apartment. It has integrated digital weight that allows you to get a killer workout at home without a million dumbbells laying around. Tonal also will adjust your weight automatically based on how you’re doing and correct your form, just like a personal trainer would. It takes all of the guesswork out of my workout.
