Inter House Football Tournament 2023–2024. The Inter House Football Tournament 2023–24 was inaugurated on August 21, 2023 at the Football Ground as the inaugural sporting event of the New Session of SHUATS Sports Tournament 2023–24. Dr. C. J. WESLEY, Chairman, Athletics Committee and Joint Registrar (Administration) was the chief guest of the ceremony. Dr. (Mrs.) Sunita B. John, Head, Dept. of Physical Education Department and Secretary, Athletics Committee, welcomed the chief guest with a bouquet. Opening match of the Inter House Football Tournament was played between Pink house and Yellow house at the football ground. Pink house won the final match by 1-0 against Yellow house. On this occasion, Mr. Rais Ahmad, a former state football captain for Uttar Pradesh, Mr. Gaurav Suman, Mr. Ashish Massey, Dr. Achint Terance, Mr. Ashok Kumar Singh, Dr. Deepti Joshi, Mr. Rakesh Sahu, Mr. Tanveer Ahmad, Mr. Praveen Rai, Mr. Bipin Kumar Singh, and the entire physical education department staff were present.
