The one thing I’ve noticed in my years of working in movement is that people tend to forget that dance is that it’s directly related to life. We move the way we feel, we find confidence when it’s already present in our daily walk, we emote genuine feelings even when we try to fake them. Dancing with people you love ALWAYS feels better. Training with great humans always creates great improvement. Loving what you do even when it hurts you at times is such a hard balance to find in life. I AM THANKFUL FOR THE PEOPLE WHO POUR INTO ME WITH HONESTY AND LOVE. When you find them hold them close, appreciate them, and reciprocate that energy. Love you @lindseygaardsmoe. You make my life better. Today I had the privilege and pleasure of taking from two of my fam @jamescombomarino @_julianstokes @_therichfam and I am beyond proud of them both. The energy and love they have for their students is inspiring and exactly what it should be as educators. What a journey it’s been my brothers . . . and we are still learning and still excelling.
