“Brewing” 2015. This pieced was at first inspired by home, sanctuary, and the art studio. I started it and halfway through it I went to burning man. I took a big dose of something :) (can’t remember how much it was liquid) and what started as a journey with friends, later became a solo journey in the deep playa. At a moment I was carrying a small emerald green crystal alien baby, with both parents in each of my shoulders guiding me. Whenever my high became too much I would crouch down and touch the cracks, feeling the energy and light underneath. The earth was so alive and brewing!!!! There is a lot more imagery in this piece but I’ll keep my interpretation short. Lmk what it means to you and check out those detail shots.
