Here’s the truth .. I don’t post pictures like this on social media .. especially personal stuff. But I believe this is a good lesson to everybody. Late last year I really wanted to change my body. I’ve mastered a lot of things in my life but this specific part I couldn’t. I was on and off for years !! I thought it’ll be like this forever. UNTILL I really figured.. it’s just 90 days of crazy work and sustaining all year .. and that’s what happened. The issue is .. is after the second picture .. Ramadan (Fasting) came around.. my tours in EUROPE and the Middle East started .. and gym and good food we’re no longer on my priority list .. so I started to feel guilty .. feel bad. In my head (I failed) all the work I put for 90 days all gone … UNTILL I received a call yesterday, from somebody that was around me 7 years ago. When I worked at a gym. The “let me figure this out rakan”. And it just triggered a different side of me - a side when I was broke I figured everything out with no excuses - I just had to change the strategy not the goal 💡 #Change #Transformation
