Update! So far so good. Forgot to include in slides but I’m also taking a daily supplement so my testosterone doesn’t convert to estrogen. Now that I know how the administration process goes I will better plan and coordinate my leg days prior. One thing to that is so important to understand is that my treatment plan is a goal to put numbers back to optimal levels where I feel good and not experience side effects. Not anything more. It’s not a leading edge, it’s not steroids, it’s not now I don’t have to put in the work. It’s getting me back to feeling how I used to maybe 6 months to a year ago. I’ve yet to notice any physical changes (like weight gain) from my lack of energy because I’ve continued to be mindful of my diet, eat at maintenance and stay active even when I don’t really feel like it. So I don’t expect to see physical changes moving forward unless increased energy output is enough to lead to some weight loss I’ll then increase my calories. I share my story just to spread awareness that if you have similar concerns their may be underlying issues and treatment options available. Every female has the right to do what is best for their body and life.
