I know I love to play the “age” card! It’s my excuse for forgetting … our anniversary! But, what really should 65 be like, look like, feel like? It seems we define old age as starting at 65. Yes, I’m struggling a bit coming to terms with being 65. We get Medicare, can get Social Security, it’s the standard retirement age. We should be losing muscle mass, cognitive sharpness, and you know what 3 things they say not to waste or trust. Ah, bull$&@&! We can hold on just fine, if it’s a priority. For me, the inconvenience of trying to stay healthy beats the inconvenience of being unhealthy. I know Health can be a crap shoot, but all we can do is do our best. Hang in and just know 65 can look and feel and be pretty darn nice! And ok, this 📸 is just after 200 pushups! Now can I book that job as a geriatric gogo dancer?
