But why did I unintentionally rep my alma mater today😅🐊 Also, I’m praying for the safety of all my FL peeps during this hurricane🙏🏾 Okay, so here’s a little health/wellness journey update: I’m in this sweet spot of my journey where I’m not stressing it AT ALL!! Some weeks are better than others ofc but I’m flowing through them regardless☺️ I eat more intuitively now more than ever as I’m in-tuned with what my body needs and sometimes craves🤤 I do believe that almost 5 years of meal prepping makes this process easier for me so I highly recommend starting with flexible/set meal plans at the start of your journey💯 I’ve gained a deeper understanding of how closely tied my spiritual & mental walk are to my physical health!! Chileeee there is a direct connection and God uses my spiritual journey to break down physical barriers and vice versa!! I’ll be on the incline walk contemplating my whole life decisions 🤣🤣🤣 LITERALLY 🌚 … but also receive downloads and epiphanies right at the cusp when I have no breath, I feel physically weak and want to give up🥵🥵👏🏾💯💯 I’m late to the game but incorporating 12-3-30 (12 incline-3 speed-30 mins) walk on the treadmill has been a GAME changer with me maintaining my mass and leaning out!! But confession, I can only do 20 mins right now🙃🙃🙃🙃 Yeah that pretty much sums it up, my overall goal right now is to just start challenging myself again in my workouts (cause yah girl got a little comfy) and whatever results follow I’ll be cool with it🙂 How are you?
