Final match of the Inter House Football Tournament was played between Pink house and Yellow house at the football ground. Yellow house won the final match by 2-1 against Pink house. Blue House finished third while Red House had to settle for fourth position. The Chief guest of the final match of the tournament was Dr. C J Wesley, Chairman, Athletics Committee and Jt. Registrar (Administration) SHUATS. Dr. Sunita B. John, Secretary, Athletics Committee welcomed the Chief Guest with a potted plant. Ajay Kumar, Assistant Professor, Dept. of Physical Education, SHUATS, also presented a bouquet to Athletic Committee Secretary Dr. Sunita B. John. Both the chairman and secretary of the Athletics Committee thanked Mr. Ajay Kumar (football In charge) for successfully organizing the Inter-House Football Tournament. Mr. Tanveer Ahmed, Match Referee, was also thanked by the Athletics Committee. The Chief Guest prayed to God that good days would come to the institution and that sports events would be well-organized. He urged the players to play with a true sense of sportsmanship and passion. He also complimented the winning and runner-up teams on the occasion of the final match's closing ceremony. At the time of prize distribution, Chairman Athletic Committee SHUATS Dr. C.J. Wesley, Sports Secretary Dr. Sunita B.
