🩸 sweat and few tears… 12 weeks done - almost 9kgs down and only 2 months off my 42nd Birthday, I joined the @emfaustralia challenge and committed to follow their food plan and exercise regime strictly to give it my best shot to get my postpartum/ IVF body back into shape. I did more than that, I followed their food plan 99.5% with possibly 3 - 4 days out of 12 weeks breaking my diet. I trained more than my scheduled program, with 4.20am wake ups daily, daily weight sessions, PT with my amazing trainer @m_powered_wellness. I even walked most days, did the Emsculpt for my core and colonics. I have been taking daily vitamins and also saw a naturopath who has provided me with a herbal mix to lower cortisol and help with my low iron. Oh and the infrared sauna weekly 🙌🏻 . I literally couldn’t have done any more than what I have done in the past 12 weeks, whilst still trying to work/run a business, be present at home and also look after a 1 and 3 year old… it’s been a challenge but so grateful I never gave up. I still have about 4-6kgs I want to lose to get back to my comfort zone, so will continue my program until I reach my goals. . I can’t thank everyone enough who have been involved with my journey, it’s been a lot of support to get me here. Thank you all.
