I’ve been on quite a journey with makeup over the years. Going from wearing heavy makeup everyday in high school, to nearly none at all for many years, and just lately I’ve been starting to experiment and have fun with makeup all over again. This busy season of motherhood has my rituals looking a whole lot different than they used to. Gone are the days of 2 hour long morning routines to gently land in the day. Instead it now looks more like taking 2 mins in the morning to wash my face, treat my skin to some delish skin care and occasionally put on a little makeup to feel that extra bit special.
