Introducing the Lady of the Storm… Cocaran Altaria, and it’s pre evolution ⛈️ - Swablu (Cocaran Form) The Storm Bird Pokémon Electric/Flying type Ability: Volt Absorb/Cloud Nine (HA) - The stormy skies of the Cocara Islands caused Swablu to adapt accordingly, now their cloud-like wings constantly crackle with lightning. They can be a little temperamental, so be careful, or you might get zapped. - - - Altaria (Cocaran Form) The Thunder Pokémon Electric/Dragon type Ability: Volt Absorb/Cloud Nine (HA) - Cocaran Altaria rule the skies, and flocks of them can create thunderstorms as they fly. Able to fire bolts of lightning from their large wings, it’s best to be cautious when one is near. An old legend states that Altaria’s lighting is imbued with the strength and power of dragons. In recent years an unusually large Altaria has created a constant storm between Blackwater Town and Seahaven Town, it will also attack any ships brave enough to sail through the storm, striking them down with bolts of lightning. - Based on storms and thunderbirds. The shiny’s are also an Elden Ring reference.
