I’ve always wanted to try this recipe and finally here it is! Core the green cabbage and rub the outside with olive oil. I used the Badass Veggie Boost from @bigswedebbq on it. Put 1/2 stick of butter ( 1/4 cup) and wrap it in foil. Smoke it upright with butter side up at 180°F for about 4 hours. It was tender but not mushy with nice Smokey flavor!! I had a great opportunity to try out quality rubs and bbq sauce from @bbqspot and I’m very impressed with what they offer.
