🔎 So excited for our September @thrillersbythebookclub book! Strange Sally Diamond is about Sally, a 42 year old woman who has problems relating to the world. She doesn’t get things like other people do, and her father told her she has emotional problems and that it’s okay. He will keep her safe inside, where she stays until he finally dies. As per his wishes, Sally does the only thing she knows how to, and takes his body out with the trash. That one act makes Sally a news spectacle and brings her lots of unwanted attention. As she starts to read letters left by her father, Sally begins to learn that there are reasons she can't remember her childhood. While learning about her dark past, she also starts receiving messages from an unknown person who has ties to her childhood.
