What can I control? What can I do to improve my situation? • We can never control the past. We can only accept the situation and do our best to work for a better future. We can always do our best. During hard times, we can still do our best. During bad days, we can still do our best. • I trained exactly one week for this tournament. It was less than ideal preparation for a +75 man bracket. I’ve never had a bracket this large. 6 matches, 5 submissions. All the respect in the world to my opponents. They were all very cool and talented gentlemen with great jiu-jitsu.
