18 miles done and not a step more! 😅 I heard the beep on my garmin and I couldn’t stop fast enough. Yeah it was another hot one. 🔥😅 I got really depleted and struggled the last 5 miles, but I made it and that’s all that matters! Im ready for some cooler fall mornings that’s for sure!! . With only 5 weeks till Chicago I’m happy to be where I am. I’ve been feeling a little better since getting my low iron results back a few weeks ago so that is encouraging! . Also I’ve been healthy enough to run 99 days in a row! What??? Yes!! Tomorrow will be 100 days which will be the longest run streak ever for me! I’m not a fan of run streaks but 70+ days of this one were kind of on accident. Just me being off work and going out for a run everyday! The last few weeks I kept saying I’m going to stop soon, but now I’m gonna get to 100 (maybe a few more) then for real just take a day off to stop thinking about it. I need days off! I usually take at least one day off running in my normal training. I do run my miles very easy most days (except for workout days) so that has enabled me to stay injury free during this past few months. . Maybe tomorrow I will celebrate 100 days then get excited for the day off coming soon!! Lol! . . Who likes run streaks?? What’s your longest??
